In this video Lamont Dozier(on piano) along with Eddie and Brian Holland discuss the inspiration for hit songs and their techniques for crafting(songs) all of those Motown hits for Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, The Temptations and The Four Tops.
They were honored last week by The Songwriters Hall Of Fame at New York's Marriot Marquis Hotel.
