Looking for a place in lower Manhattan(Wall Street) that has good food at good prices? Head over to Water Street, past Broad Street. $4 - $8 for a burger or salad on Wall Street is good.Word is they Wall Street Burger Shoppe just got a Mac n Cheese Burger that they aren't putting on the menu. I'm going to have to check into it later this week.
If you're familiar with the area(near the Staten Island Ferry & Battery Park) you can't miss it.
