Tuesday, March 16, 2010 Big Pooh - Rapper extraordinaire and blogger - is covering the entire NCAA Tournament for SLAM.
Little Brother's Big Pooh is one half of a popular0 hip hop group and it turns out he's also a basketball fan(My man!).
That said, he is proud to announce his new album, Left Back is coming April 20th and that he'll be guest blogging for SLAM Magazine's website, providing coverage of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament - from the opening game - being played tonight - to the final game in April 5th, in Indianapolis.
SLAM is one of the nation's premier basketball magazine authorities and its pairing with the self-proclaimed "sports junkie" brings Hip Hop and sports together in a natural way. Pooh is serious about his sports in the same way that Phife Dawg from "A Tribe Called Quest" knows his sports. Pooh is partial to Georgetown and Maryland. (I've always liked Providence, UCLA and Syracuse.)
