NY: Public Art Exhibit Planned for Fashion Center This Summer

In an attempt to dress up the neighborhood, the Fashion Center Business Improvement District announced a new public art exhibit - Sidewalk Catwalk(I'm sure there were worse).

Approximately 25-30 mannequins will be placed along the stretch of Broadway between Times Square and Herald Square, but, the kicker is... they will be dressed in outfits from designers like Diane von Furstenberg, Kenneth Cole, Betsey Johnson and Michael Kors.

It begins June 24, just before the July 4th holiday and ends Labor Day. Look for them to be in the pedestrian plazas.
