A Tax on Your Jack: Distillery Fighting Per Barrel Tax

Whiskey distillery Jack Daniels is refusing to share a part of its profits with Moore County, Tenn. in the form of a tax.
Despite over 200,000 tourists visiting the town each year, the county is short on cash and decided a per barrel tax on Jack Daniels would help make up the difference.
