LA: Umami Burger Opens in The Grove

Umami Burger has been expanding quickly and they've reached the point that they deem it necessary to have a Mid-City location at Los Angeles retail and entertainment complex, The Grove. 

I know the chain intends to open locations in New York City later this year, I hope they follow through with their plans.
