Red velvet cake has become a favorite amongst many cake lovers. You can eat this delicious dessert in the style of a classic Twinkie snack too, but tweaked.

Red Velvet Twinks are mini oblong sponge cakes filled with soft cream cheese, then hand-dipped in shredded coconut and pecans.

They'll take you a little bit of time to prepare and bake, but it'll be worth every bite!
