"Rock of Ages" Movie Trailer

"Rock of Ages" is a musical/comedy about two people who are chasing their dreams in the 80's in Los Angeles.

This star-packed movie is a mix of any rock movie you've ever seen and "Hairspray."

It stars Tom Cruise as Stacee Jaxx, Julianne Hough, Diego Boneta, Alec Baldwin and Mary J. Blige as Justice Charlier.

Directed by Adam Shankman.

You can look for this movie in theaters on June 15th.

SAG Awards '12: Red Carpet and Show Photos

The SAG Awards were good on Sunday night, but the fashions were even better!

Among the best dressed of the evening were Viola Davis(in Marchesa), Octativa Spencer(in Tadashi Shoji), Amber Riley(in Badgley Mischka), Regina King(in Ferreti) and Sofia Vergara(in Marchesa).

Among the worst were... well... there's no need to point them out.

By now, they know they don't bring their A-game to the red carpet.

'The Help' Wins Best Ensemble at the SAG Awards

The SAG Awards aired live on Sunday night from Hollywood with a big surprise!
'The Help' won Best Ensemble over award shows favorite, 'The Artist.'
Viola Davis won for Best Actress and no surprise at DSE, Octativa Spencer won Best Supporting Actress.
Mary Tyler Moore was honored with SAG 48th Annual Life Time Achievement Award. 
I think we have some idea of what's going to happen at The Oscars on Sunday, Feb. 26th.

Newsweek hosted their yearly roundtable with A-listers Viola Davis('The Help'), Charlize Theron('Young Adult'), George Clooney('The Descendents'), Tilda Swinton('We Need To Talk About Kevin'), Michael Fassbender('Shame') and Christopher Plummer('Beginners'). 

The actors touch on every subject from Clooney's selling women shoes in a department store before becoming an actor to Davis' concerns about more roles for African American in Hollywood.

Movie Trailer: "Catch .44" Opens in New York And North Carolina on December 9th 

"Catch .44" is about the game of cat-and-mouse, and no one's who they saw they are.

This thriller stars Forest Whitaker, Bruce Willis, Mailin Akerman, Nikki Reed, Deborah Ann Woll and Brad Dourif.

It opens in New York and North Carolina on December 9th, then will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on December 20th.

REWIND: "Buck and the Preacher" Movie Trailer - 1972 Western

Buck and the Preacher was a western starring actors Sidney Poitier(Buck), Harry Belafonté(the con-man preacher) and Ruby Dee(Ruth).

This was Poitier's directorial debut film.

Columbia Pictures released it on March 17, 1972 in West Germany, and  in New York City on April 28, 1972.
