Rashida Jones Passed Up Grad School for a Successful Acting Career

Rashida Jones has enjoyed acting success at television and in films. Photo: Kirk McKoy

Oddly enough, with application in hand and classes on her mind, she got the call from NBC's "The Office".

The role was only that of "love interest", but Jones used it as a spring board to bigger roles in film and a starring role in NBC's "Parks and Recreation".
