Many NFL fans, 400 to be exact, who purchased tickets to Super Bowl XLV were told they wouldn't be able to see the game live because there seats were deemed "unusable".

Temporary seating wasn't completely installed leaving 850 fans to be reseated and 400 out standing in lounge areas of the stadium.
The 400 ticket-holders will be reimbursed 3 times the value of their tickets - $2,400.
Can you say - "lawsuit"?
The league has to do a better job of looking out for the fans. It's not like the Super Bowl came up at the last minute.
Over 1200 fans without seats is a lot of seats. My man didn't even get his nachos.

General Motors is loaning the NFL 450 Chevy, Cadillac and GMC full-sized SUV's to transport VIP's around the Dallas area during the Super Bowl Week festivities.
All of the trucks were made in the GM Arlington Plant.
