The best thing about these frozen treats, you can create it with any cookie and ice cream flavor you like!
Tip: If you don't have time to bake, use cookies from your local bakery or baked goods section at the local supermarket. Spread 1/2 cup of ice cream between to cookies. Then freeze until solid(about 2 hrs).

The Irish Pirate is a grown-up shamrock shake made with mint and dark rum.
To make this simple St. Patrick's Day treat you need a blender, then add vanilla ice cream, cold milk, mint extract and dark rum(optional).
Next, blend the ingredients until smooth. Pour into a tall glass, then add mint sprig for garnish.
The Irish Pirate is tasty with or without dark rum, your choice!
