Heavy D's Cause of Death Revealed

Rapper/actor Heavy D(Dwight Arrington Myers 1967-2011).On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Coroner Office revealed rapper/actor Heavy D died of a pulmonary embolism caused by blood clogs in his legs.

This health issue usually happens when travelling on long flights and the rapper had just returned from Europe.

He also had a history of heart disease according to TMZ.

His death is classified as "natural".

Heavy D died on November 9, 2011.

Rapper Heavy D Dead at 44

Early Tuesday, Rapper Heavy D(Dwight Arrington Myers) was found on the sidewalk outside of his Beverly Hills home.

The rapper was rushed to a nearby hospital and pronounced dead at 1pm according to TMZ. 

He was 44.
