GM & Segway Working On 2 Wheeled Electric Vehicle For Cities...Video

Here's the video of the P.U.M.A.(Personal Urban Mobility Accessibility) at work.. I notice they don't have the driver using it in regular traffic...could it be that he wouldn't get very far? There's no way these major cities are going to pay to build lanes for this.

Watch it being driven through NY Times Square.

I don't know if I'd drive one around NYC, but, I would drive it where the streets are less crowded...the suburbs.
