I've been familiar with Fly Moon Royalty for a minute. They're from Seattle, Washington and create some really good funk/electro/soul material. I've seen some of the live stuff online and was impressed. 

Glad to heart they'll be releasing a self titled EP in the Spring of 2012.

Seattle duo Malice and Mario Sweet are vocalists for the The Physics(see video below) and two artist getting read to drop their new EP, Happy 2 Year(I'll let you know when it's released).

As a group, their voices blend well together, their riffs are flawless and their interpretation of a lyric... sweet(no pun intended).

Listening to them I hear harmonic elements of Stevie Wonder's early 70's work, yet I'm also reminded of Prince's productions with Wendy & Lisa and The Family... in a good way. Malice & Mario's multi-vocalist, two octave lead vocal is a dope approach to this melodically dynamic song.

Long story short... diversify your listening experience and check out one of Seattle's best kept secrets.
