This EP is Don and Von rockin' over instrumentals created by The Roots on the Jimmy Fallon Show. Many of them are segues from one segment of the show into another, while some have never been heard by the public.

The Roots called these snippets sandwiches, hence the name of the EP, The Sandwich Shop.
