Anderson Cooper has an awkward interview/conversation with storm chaser Brandon Culkin after a tornado flipped his truck over mutliple times.
Thankfully he is alive, he said "the good Lord" helped him get out of it.
I wonder who got him in it?
Anderson Cooper was speechless, but he found a way to ask him: " Have you gotten your head checked out?".
Thursday, August 25, 2011 Meteorologists are predicting Hurricane Irene will be a serious storm that'll hit the east coast on Sunday.
Authorities have begun evacuations along the coastline.
Don't forget to stock up on food, water, batteries and any other supplies you may need... and look out for senior citizens and neighbors who may need special assistance throughout the storm.

Beachgoers at Carolina Beach, North Carolina evacuated the beach Thursday when a waterspout moved on shore and became a tornado.
Umbrellas were thrown around and it tore up a 10 foot section of the boardwalk. No injuries were reported.

Texas, parts of Oklahoma and nearby states are dealing with one of the worst droughts in the United States since the 1930s.
While farms in parts of Louisiana may be flooded with water from the Mississippi River, Texas farms are bone dry and relief is nowhere in sight.
We'll have to watch this closely to see how it plays into the prices of food. Texas is a big cattle state and the cost of beef will have to be impacted by this.
